BISE Dera Ghazi Khan was established in 1989 after splitting of Multan Board. BISE DG Khan consists of four Districts of Dera Ghazi Khan, Muzaffargarh, Layyah and Rajanpur. Since its establishment, the board has not its own building, for this reason the board office was shifted from place to other. The foundation stone of the present BISEDGKhan campus was laid by Lt.General (Rtd) Khalid Maqbool, Governor of the Punjab on 12-03-2002. Dera Ghazi Khan Board is committed to provide education facilities to the students of four districts. The DG Khan Board results indicate the standard of education being delivered by the board. BISE DG Khan Results for Secondary and Higher Secondary school certificates are transparent and fair and announced after regular interval of time.
