After bifurcation of BISE Multan, Bahawalpur Board was came into being in 1977 as a separate body. BISE Bwp started functioning in Bahawalpur on 3rd February 1978 and the first examination was held in the middle of 1978. BISE Bahawalpur was allocated 23 Acre plot of land by Revenue Board in 1985 where the present campus exists. Bisebwp has the mandate to elevate education standard in schools and college come under its jurisdiction. BISE Bahawalpur results are prepared by talented scholars and expert educationists which are declared in March or April every year.
